As a small, mom and pop operation, our roots in the local real estate market date back to 1973 as Roe Realty. Over the decades, we've built a strong foundation of community trust and market knowledge. We've been in the rental business for years, and our experience with more than 100 units taught us the value of quality over quantity. That’s why in 2016; we made the decision to focus on a select number of properties. With this new focus, we became Roe Rentals, still the small family-owned business, we own and manage all our personal properties. This means you can count on direct, responsive communication whenever you need us. Since we own and manage every property, we are invested in its upkeep and in your experience as a resident. We pride ourselves on building relationships, not just filling units. With us, you're not just a number on a lease. You'll have our personal phone number, not a call center, so issues are resolved with care by the owners ourselves. We don't just own properties; we help create homes. Discover a rental experience where you're treated like a neighbor, not just a tenant. Find your next home with us.
- We offer a range of properties to fit your lifestyle, including houses, condos, and apartments. While our primary focus is residential, we also manage one commercial unit.
- Unlike large property managers, we don't believe in trapping residents with rigid 12-month leases. Our month-to-month agreements give you and your family the flexibility you need. It’s our way of showing that we care about your long-term satisfaction, not just locking you into a contract.
- To maintain a clean, quiet, and healthy living environment for all residents, our properties are pet-free. This policy helps us minimize potential damage and reduce allergens. Please note that this policy does not apply to service or emotional support animals, which are protected by federal and Nevada fair housing laws
- As part of our commitment to your financial stability and a smooth rental experience, we require applicants to demonstrate a gross monthly income of at least three times the rent. This can be verified using a combination of documents such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements. If you have questions about what documents are acceptable, please feel free to ask.
